Fiji is a rather exotic vacation destination, one that few people know very much about. Another great outside activity that many people enjoy is golfing, and there are many great places in Fiji to golf, as well as enjoy the beautiful scenery that nature has provided. If you are an experienced surfer, or have always wanted to try, you have plenty of ocean available to you in Fiji. There are certain places that are not suitable for beginning surfers, such as Namotu Left and Cloud Break, which can prove challenging even for professionals. If you are looking for a great place to try out your surfing skills, you might want to check out Tavarua, or even Seashell Cove. Out of all the surfing places listed, Seashell Cove will be the best on your budget, leaving you more money for other things on your trip.

Diving is also a very popular pastime in Fiji as well. There are many great coral reefs to explore, and plenty of interesting marine life to observe and study, including sharks, manta rays, many species of exotic fish, and of course, dolphins. The visibility is great here thanks to the crystal clear ocean waters, which is one reason the area is so popular with divers from all over the world.

As always, there are many museums and historical sites to visit as well, and many hiking trails to explore along the way. The island of Fiji is chock full of all the beauty that nature has to offer, you just have to know how to take advantage of it.
